Thinking of building and integrating a Change Center of Excellence? We are here to support the vision, design and construction of a Change Framework designed to manage the people side of change. Our goal is to stand up a repeatable, scalable practice approach that promotes cross functional team synergies and strategic alignment across a portfolio of organizational initiatives. We believe threading change management into the fabric of internal operations will offer sustainability and measurable value. We often partner with internal workgroups such as the PMO to evaluate tactical integration points; additionally we review ideas such as building a Community of Practice model.
